I want to do an official St. Pat's Day count of all unsmoked

cigarettes posted on NOPE today. I'll do it around 10 p.m.

I'm like around 400 unsmoked, which for oldsters seems

like a starter count, but to me it's awesome, and creepy

I AM SO SO SO SO GRATEFUL TO BE A NONSMOKER!

PLEASE POST A NOPE!

My ticker at another place says I'm 10,663 on the smarter side of stupid.

Hey, if St. Paddy drove all the snakes out of Ireland, who runs their tobacco companies?

my ticker don't add them up but here's a slide rule calculation

 ::: ((35 per day x 365 days/year) x 7 years) + (3 weeks x 7 days/week x  35 per day)

=    89,425 + 735 = 90, 0160  :good3:

Colleen (Ginger? I'm confused) it's sooooooooo inspiring for me because now you are such an exercise warrior..and

that kind of transformation just awes me. That's why I check your exercise log! It's gives me

a thrill!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
