lol...i eat jalapeno's every day....cut half of one in my omelet...and then cut the other half either for my salad for lunch or in my vegetables at dinner.  I am dying too and dont always agree with me...but it doesn't stop me from eating them.   It's like I can't stop even though it burns...

Oh poor ava I hope you survived :) this reminded me of the grand canyon and where I found out rez resilience to chillies were low, he ate an appetizer called rattle snake eggs(the clue was in the title) nothing to do with eggs or snakes lol it was peppers stuffed with cream cheese

OMG I'm wetting myself thinking about it even now, well what a girl, he went purple, sweating, ate everything and drank everything on the table (from 1 bite only) I nearly had to get the snake bite survival kit out lmao

I am sorry but I have a warped sense of humour and find these things extremely funny and am absolutely no use what so ever as usually I'm on the floor by now

But yes bread, milk, yoghurt etc is supposed to help :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
