When I bought a pack of cigarettes I'd hide the first couple,

because I hated running out. The hiding places got more

creative with time. Places I have found hidden cigarettes:

Inside sewing machine.

Inside old pair of hiking boots.

Inside dust jacket of old vinyl record.

Behind painting.

Lock box.

Jewelry box.

Inside empty frozen spinach box in freezer.

Etc,

I'm always afraid one of these hidden cigarettes is

going to jump out and scare me, "Boo! Gotcha!"

on a bad day.

From inside the African drum...

Back of junk drawer in kitchen...

Underneath seat of rocking chair on porch...

I think maybe I'll get one dollar or five dollar bills

and start hiding them all over the house

in all the places where I used to hide

skull and crossbones...

That is funny.

I would always do that with something else.. you know... an emergency stash.  And then find it later....it would be like Christmas.

After about two weeks as a nonsmoker, I found cigs in one of my pants' pockets. When i pulled them out , my friend snatched them out of my hand and threw them in the garbage

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
