Thank you very much Tammy. It feels fairly unbelievable from this side of it that it has been so long. You'll soon be racking up the time yourself and guiding people through those initial weeks and months. :)

It's been fine Slip, a few close shaves, but pretty much now I can say without bragging that I'm able to control the odd craving...even with things super crazy at work, I'm deterred by the fact that I don't want to use this to kill my efforts from the past almost two months...

It's 8 PM, and there's way too much traffic back on my way home, so yeah working a bit more till it clears up...
