3... I slept with a little white pill G... heading out to see the GP (doc as I am having not good reactions to my new meds) and doubling that with a visit to the city to eat some yummy minon (mini Italian cakes)

4.. had to have a couple of ultrasounds to check some stuff and some bloods... then he gave me an injection and my bp went spaz so I had to have an ECG... and then I had to wait for the the BP to settle down... it was such fun.... but in the end I was allowed to go home so instead I spent an hour and a bit travelling to a cafe in the city to get a rum baba because someone put the idea in my head and then i came home.... as for the insomnia... take the pills or put up with it... my choice... the other nasty side effects will get better in a few weeks, just have to suck it up and stop being a sook.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
