Is the challenge not having enough beer to drink ?

I lightened up on my drinking in the early days and kept away from smokey bars.

Just till I got into the happy quit zone and then it wasn't a problem at all.

I am glad you have a good quit  going on, Sonic.  it is awesome.

Just the association of beer and cigs I guess.

I don't really go to the bars and you can't smoke in any bars here in MD.

Guess I'll have to drink the Cranberry and Vodka for a while :)

changing patterns is always fun and sometimes goofy fun

I was practicing the theory of chaos and moved my kitchen trash can to a slightly different spot at night.

in the morning, trash would land on the floor where yesterday's can was.  It was hard to pay such close attention to habitual things  and habits form really quickly !

you will have fun making new beer drinking rituals.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
