-13  Sometimes with a sinus infection, I would use Ice cubes or an ice pack on my face...sometimes THAT would work.

sometimes the heat seemed to help bad bacteria/bug grow and the cold stopped them in their tracks.

I have has some horrible sinus infections.  cutting my head off often looked like a decent proposal...sorry you are in the throes.  ((Coleen))

I've had more sinus infections as a non smoker honestly because my allergies suck and my kids are germ factories. The difference (with me) is that they stay in the sinuses and don't travel to the chest and end in pneumonia anymore.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
