I make excuses not to go out allll of the time. Not a fan of people, or public places, or people.

I'd love to see pictures of NOLA though

-11    we would need someone to go out for us, Doll !

I make myself at least walk to the corner store or around the block.once a week otherwise I get really goofy.

Usually do more but that is now a bare minimum rule.

I wish we had a corner store to walk to. Unfortunately the nearest store is 3 miles and it is a gas station. Living in the sticks is awful sometimes, I miss having a bodega down the block.

-13 yep corner stores are great. a blues man i knew called them 'Stick' stores.  go get something that'll 'stick'  to your ribs.

wish I had your woods and trees.  nice if that gas station was a groovy general store.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
