There's this place in the Valley that I go to. The fish is brought in daily from Japan. A bit pricey buy one has to splurge once in a while. The tuna collar is amazing.

I popped open a White Claw 'Hard' Seltzer that a guest left, Ruby Grapefruit. not sweet v. refreshing ! 5 percent.  

 

Wouldn't buy it but, it's good.  Need a few dollops of Boodles or something.  lol..

Been mixing drinks since making measurements for parent's Manhattans with a child's fingers. 

Also been a bartender a few times through the years

but, not in the league of some of the mixologists these days.
