Need more better sleep?

i agree... My sleep patterns are questionable to begin with (4-5 hrs a night) , but the medicine the doc has me on isn't helping anything... I am constantly waking up... I quit taking it a couple days ago, and got a good (5 HR) sleep in last night! I think I'm ready to take on the world today! :4_joy:

-1 ... 50% of the people wanted me to remain unchanged and pure.... so I was bound to the outcome for 2 weeks... there is pressure on for a change to happen... but as you can see from my post above I have problems with change.... they include hypervenitaling, sweaty palms... I don't like change.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
