This morning when I was in the shower....I decided to practice mindfulness.  We spend so much time in the past or the future in our heads that we don't even pay attention to the details of where we are right now.  Mindfulness is a great practice.

 

I let the water fall on my head and suddenly noticed...it tickled!!  I actually started giggling..haha!

I take a shower every single day...and the water never tickles...I barely feel it because usually I'm rushing to wash up and just get out of there.  It was a great reminder that I need to practice more.

Nice!!!  I am learning how to do this myself.  Do not always look forward to tomorrow...enjoy what you have today.

Yep. I thought of bakon as soon as I posted it. Lol
