Ugghhhhhh. I came here to make sure it wasn't still my day off. It's not. :(

I was too cocky this morning....weighed less than I have in 2 months...I felt great...tummy was flat. I eat 2 cupcakes and a few other things at lunch and I feel like poop and now don't even feel like doing this at all. Funny how just one thing can snowball like that...

Which is why I have to do it. But I'm not thrilled about it tonight. Not in the least...actually I'm pissed off I even started it. But I won't quit.

Rant over. Time to just do it...like Nike says

Aww babs don't feel guilty, you work really hard and we can do this a few cakes won't hurt I'm sure x

Gave myself a day off yesterday as did 5 hours run/walk couldn't face sit ups lol

Day 11 done today

Will do day 13 tomorrow, then rest(day 12) on Saturday whilst travelling

Edited to add: babs don't punish yourself, fit the schedule around you, if you feel like poop then give yourself a day off, it's easier for me as I don't do all those classes you do, although the sit ups are hard! Sometimes a mental break is needed as well as physical

Hope that makes sense x

Edited even more lol to say, just because you started this does not mean you have to finish it, you do enough already x

thank you tracey....I do admit I am very hard on myself.  I have never in my adult life come so far in my fitness as I have and I am terrified of going back into any bad habits.  I can easily go there as I have many times.  Up and down, up and down on that scale...it's really really hard to find a balance of cutting myself some slack...and also staying vigilante.

I can't quit.  Quitting would hurt me more than finishing it...lol...I was just whining about it..I feel better now that I did it.  I prefer to get it over with in the morning after my class...figure i'm already exhausted and sweaty.  I don't like doing them at night.  Oh..and I also added pushups cause my upper body strength still sucks considering i've been lifting weights

day 13 done

I have issues

My tailbone literally is breaking down...from these situps.  I felt it this morning when I was doing them..and then the soapy water sting confirmed it...ouch!!  I need to do them on a pillow...

:(

day 14 complete.  almost half way there.

1 more day then rest on Sunday...can't wait!

ouchhhh babs. You ok?

yea....i had to switch the situps for slow bicycles....I should have picked an easier alternative!  lol  they hurt worse than the situps..but the situps are giving me a freaken brush burn sore on my tail bone...embarrassing to admit that i guess but it got worse the second day when i went ahead and did the situps anyway...so i better give it a rest

how ya doing?
