Then we start the challenge all over? Who's in!

I think we should take a week off at least....and then at the end of the challenge....I will choose (because this one was my challenge) the person who leads off and chooses our next challenge.  It can be abs, legs, arms....any physical challenge.  Then at the end of that challenge....that person gets to choose the next person...and so on, and so forth

i totally bailed yesterday.  Hate having to wait until the evening.  That's why i go to the gym in the morning because I find every excuse in the book as the day goes on.  So...today is my 26 and I still don't have time this morning to do them.

I think you jinxed me. I just took a shower and felt real bad stinging. The skin is totally rubbed off.

Sigh. Will have to find substitute for a while, but I think the sit ups are the best for results.

Not a chance in H I'm doing them until it heals up. No wonder it was killing me.

19 done

I too segment the sit ups and leave a few days in between until I do them again, not sure if this will affect the results

Tail in tact so far but get lower back strain :(
