Just finished my insanity workout Sean T defiantly works you hard, I have the 90 day beach body workouts.

I feel exhausted but happy, as the days go on my fitness levels will get better. :-)

Let me know how slimming world goes for you too. I always think it sounds tricky to stick too, so would honestly be interested in the feedback. And on the workouts let us know how it's going with updates! Inspiring for others too :)

I will do hun, I am a big eater so slimming world works for me, it's quite easy to follow once you get the gist of it.

Make sure you watch any weak joints on that insanity, I quite often wear a knee support cause of all the jumping :)  Mind you you're very fit anyway aren't you :)
