Let's nope, and also commit to at least 30 min of excercise. I read this the other day- you are just one workout away from a better mood - true stuff.

I couldn't agree more.  When we exercise, we have more energy.  When we exercise, we feel good about ourselves.  When we exercise our bodies release endorphins which make us feel very positive.  There's a reason why they say exercise is addictive and you get a natural high.  It's the endorphins released during exercise that make us happy and calm.  Of course don't forget the necessity of exercise to promote good health.  :)

So you gonna run through snowdrifts and fields of snow?  Now that's a workout!  Wait, romp means run, right? :dirol:

Romping is slow dancing in snowdrifts and falling down and getting all wet and cold, too. Tomorrow I'll ramp it up to some rolling jiggity jogs. Gee, give me a break, MQ, I was OUTSIDE IN THE COLD AT DAWN (ON SUNDAY) BREATHING IN AND OUT! :download:

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
