When I was kid he was the stick in mud of show. His character was not cool to kid. As adult and in movies the character was much better

As an actor, he was the first TV character (and still one of the only) to epitomize and glorify logic and the intellect. That was an inspiring role model for my generation and I appreciate that. And as man, he always seemed to be pleasant, widely-read, creative and gentlemanly and I appreciate that, too. Good for you, Mr. Nimoy! Rest in Peace.

Of course, irl he was suffering from advanced copd. Not very logical.. must have been his human side.

Sad news.  Be watching for William Shatner to say a few things.  They were very close and the videos that I've seen of them two going back and forth are pretty funny.

 

RIP and hope you no longer have "troubles with truffles".  :)
