Amy, congrats! You are doing it! I smoked for over 30 years and I quit seven months ago.,keep close and let us know if you need help.

Way to go Amy!  The first day has got to be the biggest step.  I hope you have some rewards lined up, you deserve it!

Awesome job Amy! Day 1 is over. Time to breathe. I know it's daunting, but you CAN and WILL do this. You have all the tools at your disposal. Good on you for posting and keeping us updated. :)

Well done at day 1, awesome job!! I posted a lot the first few days and that's cool, the folks here talked me through it all and I read a lot. I don't know if that helps to know. For you I think brilliant news and I'm so pleased for you. x

YAY, look at you Amy, one day done- and DONE!!! Great job,..proud of you, ....and  will ya look at that shinny new counter... very nice-very nice indeed, it looks good on you!!! :D.. congrats on your first day of freedom! keep going :)

THANKS!  I made it through day 2- cravings here and there but it doesn't seem that difficult to just say no..

I always knew that if I could get through day one I could get through all the days!!  Congrats on the milestone hun, day one is a big day and Im proud of you :)
