unfortunately laura the junkie thinking grows and grows, it starts off like a little niggle, then before you know it you are make scenarios or excuses in your head that you "want to" and before you know it that little niggle has turned into a full blown monster on your shoulder

before you have to fight a monster, you have to switch your mind set otherwise it will grow and grow

fight like hell, whatever it takes at times it might seem like a bare knuckle fight and addiction is a fight but mostly of the mind

vent, scream, post, kick the hubby   whatever it takes, the monster will soon quieten down

how are you feeling today laura?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
