Hey you guys! Thanks, I appreciate it.

In the big picture, quitting may be the most important thing we ever accomplish.

I have done a few things I am proud of in my (almost) 58 years but quitting smoking forever is close to the top of that list of accomplishments!

It's so worth it to keep that quit once you have it, and to guard it forever.

This is a great place to do that too, with nice people! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
