Year of the fit, I like that quote :)

 

I have been lazy recently apart from dog walking, today is the start of making more effort!

 

This will be my log so I am accountable to myself

 

Starting paleo diet again today 5 days a week

Exercises began yesterday using dumb bells and body weight, Arms and Abs

 

Abs are sore today, so must have worked them! concentrating on Cardio and Legs today

 

Only doing 10/15 minute spurts at the moment in the morning and then dog walking in the afternoon, more exercises this evening

 

Paleo diet gone by the wayside but am watching what I eat, cut down on bread etc, eating smaller portions but often, drinking lots of green tea

 

dont need to lose weight just tone up and get fit, starting skiing soon so need to be more fit.

went ski - ing saturday night 3 hours

 

couldnt do a thing yesterday, legs etc not sore just exhausted - must do more! 

 

oh the decent off the lift and onto my ass was spectacular!

started skipping today, not too much, little and often throughout the day

 

did dumb bell workout for arms

 

started babs abs programme (taped it to the fridge to keep me away from chocolate!)

 

going to walk the dog for an hour, snowy hills and icy pavements are always fun (not)

Friday was 3 hours walking dogs and then my own

 

Arms babs abs

 

Saturday walked dog for 1 and half hours

Sledging, thighs are killing me lol

monday - 3 hours dog walking

 

babs abs

 

dumbells & squats

 

today - half hour run/walk with dog (more aware of pulling in abs when walking)

babs abs - day off :)

 

body weight strengthening exercises and lots of stretching

Wednesday - run/walk with dog babs abs

 

Thursday - hour and half walk with dog babs abs

 

Friday - 20 minute walk/run with dog (will do this twice)babs abs, dumbbells and body weight exercises

Rez and I are going to jog tonight and do weights in the garage, oh he is excited about the idea.... ;)
