Yes part of losing weight is getting the proper nutrition throughout the day when I was obese I never ate breakfast now I eat it everyday (lost 80lbs) I also do eat every 2-3 hours if I can. Your body needs fuel to run otherwise you can screw up your metabolism and have possibly a rebound effect and never lose weight at all.

agree.....when I was fat...I never ate breakfast.

Now....by the time I get home from my workout at 6:00 am...I am starving!  Egg white vegetable omelet every morning..and then around 10 I have a protein shake...with fruit.

Speaking of breakfast and eggs, did you all hear that the powers-that-be have officially announced that we no longer have to worry about the amount of cholesterol in our diet? After many years and many studies they have determined that the cholesterol concentration in your blood has very little to do with how much cholesterol you eat. They now know that when you reduce your intake of cholesterol your liver responds by making more cholesterol.

Now they say that you still do have to limit your consumption of triglycerides and trans fats (or so they say).

So Bakon and his buddies can enjoy all the eggs they want!  :)

This is very true.  The thin-eat-no-fat-or-bad-food people in my family have terrible cholesterol and those that eat normally have normal levels.
