Please forgive me for causing worry or concern.
Upon arriving home after 3 beautiful weeks in Lisbon,
I fell backwards off my front stoop and crashed my head in the street, KABLAM !
waking up in hospital with 6 stitches.
I am mending slowly.
Computer is difficult with its garish light and brings headaches on
so, I am limiting my online activities in an extreme manner.
I miss y'all but, I have no plans to resume my former activity on QTrain.
I need to concentrate on other things now, I hope you understand, you beautiful smoke free creatures.
Sending you all good thoughts.
and feel free to contact me through my art sites should you be in my neighborhood or just want to say hello!
I am wildly cheering you all on to continue your smoke free journey through this wonderful world.
Love,
Sally

Hey Sally!

Great to hear from you. I'm glad that you enjoyed Lisbon.

I'm not sure back flips off the front porch is a side-effect of port, but perhaps you are proof of that.

Get well soon, and be here as much or as little is right for you...but I would miss you if you didn't come by occasionally!

Hello sweet sals....

You gotta take more care of yourself....sorry to hear you have had such a bad fall...

The most important thing is you get yourself back to good health....

Of course I'm gonna miss my sister very much....it was fun....

I still manage to throw the odd bit of smutt in....just for good measure....

The quit train will always be here....if you wake up one day an decide you want to come back full time...

But dropping in every now again ...would be nice...just to let us know how you are doing...

Stay strong in your quit....

Love you heaps.

Your other half..((((((( hug. ))))))

Get well real soon, Sazerac! Once you feel better, and start coming online more, try to drop in and let us know how you're doing. We wish you nothing but the best!

Oh geez Sally, that sounds like a pretty nasty fall! Here's to hoping for a speedy recovery.

I do hope you stop in from time to time. I understand though, but that doesn't mean I won't miss you dearly!

Take care and thank you for all your support/kindness.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
