By this time in the morning I would of already smoked about 5-7 cigarettes. No more.

It was kind of different not having to worry if they were with me but I managed.

Hi, again, Amy!  Please make a post of the Quit Smoking Discussions board and let everyone know how you are doing....I'm afraid they won't "see" you here!

Well done Amy, good for you.

If you feel like you need to scream at someone, you can scream at us.  but it sounds like you are doing well so far.

Also, agree with Nancy, I think you should post this on the main discussion board.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
