I remember my first day was quite...surreal....I wasn't 100% sure I could do it (I got educated as I went along) but I was just so SHOCKED I could make it through the first day without completely falling apart at the seams.

I thought, at the time, that it certainly wasn't the best day of my life.

When I look back on it now, it kinda was one of the best days of my life.

So very, very happy for you guys!  Read, write, do whatever you need to.  Every day is easier than the last.  Every day of your life from here on out will be better than the day before. ^_^

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
