Amy, One thing that changed for me was I ate breakfast every morning.  Instead of smoking cigs in the morning, I was hungry.  Good, that's what a non-smoker does, right?

Yes- Instead of smoking 5 cigarettes with 4 cups of coffee breakfast it shall be I have cereal at home that is way better than Roman noodles.

Hey Amy - ticker is looking good.

 

All sorts of methods - if NRT is what you want to do - great. It is your quit. Let's get rid of the cigarettes...the gum we can worry about some other time!

No cigarette today.  Lots of craving though will get through.

just keep moving forward amy - have you thought about making your own blog - there is a feature here you can use - it might help and you will see how far you have come :)  congratulations on your quit just stick to NOPE - not one puff ever!! go girl x

I am lovin the mentality. It's so much easier if your mindset is helping you. It's pretty awesome how far through day 1 you guys already are. You are covering ground here and I think you are doing brilliant. At the risk of not sounding "british" enough this is awesome! Make sure you write a list soonish of why you want to quit, you don't want to ever forget. xx

The work day is over in 10 minutes and no SOS for me really me??  I did it. Of course I stayed on this site all day

and read lots.

 

I owe my life to all of you.
