Damn....I generally am sort of like that.  Just lately, I've been getting way too serious.  This body transformation thing i got going is awesome...quit smoking, get healthy....wouldn't change it for the world.  However...I do need some dudism back in my life.  

 

Relax...breathe...enjoy!

A metric crap-ton o' weed and an intravenous White Russian 24x7 and you should have no problems really tying the room together, right?

EDIT: on the whole "body transformation" thing ... right? I feels ya. Sarge got abs last month (4 pack - still too much lower belly flab but the top rows are exposed). Maybe another 5-ish weeks for the remaining thin layer to melt off and expose the Full Monte. 6-Pack Washboard Abs pushing 50 years old. Whodathunk it? Last time those puppies were seen was 1989. They've been hiding a loooooong time.

 

Sarge. Is. Stoked. !!

Meditation

Thanks for that reminder Chrispy. I haven't meditated since I started this fitness program. I kept thinking I'm meditating when I'm running but it's not the same.

 

Gonna sit for 15 minutes tonight.

Yep - this is a movie that sticks with ya. :)  A must see.  It's been awhile.  I should see it again.  Hub & I both liked it. :)
