Last year I remember the countdown and the celebration for you. It was while I was going through the first three and I remember hoping that I could get to where you were!!

Congratulations on your 2nd year free Scott!

Awww  D.D.  thanks for that... But I was not crying... but If I was it would be tears of joy!! lol

2 Years and counting... I tried to take a screen shot of my ticker earlier to day ( I never did get it exactly right but it is within a day)... and apparently I am not good at screen shots either because I could not make that work either.. lol

But thanks for the comments and congrats to each of you too.. because every minute that you do not smoke deserves a celebration... it is the most important thing you will ever do for you and your family and friends!!!

So just stick with it!!!

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Scott and Pimp would be a women killing pick up team. They both always say the right things. Panties flying everywhere. Guy hasn't posted in month or more and DD is wailing hers at him....

Good job skinny     Plenty of new fish for you if you come around more...

Awesome job Scotty!  Not only did you quit smoking but you lost weight and changed your whole life!   It's been a pleasure to take this journey with you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
