Went to the chiropractor today.  Wow!  That just proved that I wasn't crazy....my body really was that tense and it wasn't just all in my head.  That session took twice as long as it normally does. I feel like jello now.  I am afraid to move cause I don't want to mess it up!  Guess I won't be mowing or weedeating today...oh well!   :)

Anyway, he asked me if I quit smoking.  I was like "Yeah, how did you know?"  He said "I didn't smell cigarettes".  O dear...embarrassed me and made me happy at the same time.  He was so happy...such a nice guy.

I know...I am ready to start sleeping on the couch because hubby smells so bad.  But my bed is so comfortable!  I should make him sleep on the ouch but that is mean.

Ouch...

When I have meetings with co-workers this happens.

One said to me yesterday "You can't tell when I have just had a cigarette"

I nearly died laughing, I could smell her at 20 paces!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
