I feel sick I've eaten so much.  Why is there so much food and why do I feel like I have to eat all of it!

I need an intervention.

Tough to believe but:

1. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I was under my calorie goal (lot of dog walking)

2. Both days I went to bed sober

Gym reopens tomorrow, and about to head out into a cold frosty morning with La B and a long walk...

La B and I opted for a quiet Christmas without the extended family visits etc, and were a bit worried....but I have loved it, really enjoyed some amazing food, great wine and some lovely walks without overdoing it or feeling over fed or over drunk...

No Comment on weight or eating habits etc.  - just glad you are all happy this holiday!

PS - nobody's life is over if you did and are still indulging in the spirit of the Holidays! - Just saying

you have to live a little bit too in life.

Slainte!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
