The CDC is offering former smokers a chance to share your story. 

Below is what they are looking for and the link to the site. 

 

a.) Are you a former smoker who has been diagnosed with emphysema or COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) due to smoking?

b.) Are you a former smoker with anxiety or depression who also has a serious health condition due to smoking?

c) Are you a former smoker who was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis while you smoked?

d) Are you a former smoker formerly or currently in the military and do you have a smoking-related disease such as a heart attack, COPD, cancer, or stroke?

e) Are you a former smoker who used electronic cigarettes along with regular cigarettes? Did you use electronic cigarettes because you thought cutting back on regular cigarettes was better for your health?

f) Are you an former smoker who has a compelling story about the benefits experienced since quitting smoking?

g) Are you an former smoker who has an inspiring story about quitting?
