Merry Christmas, Happy New Year And All That Good Stuff

Just wanted to wish everybody a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Holidays or whatever you choose to celebrate or not.  I understand we all have different beliefs and celebrate all sorts of different things but please stay safe on the roads and draw near to those you love.  Even if the miles separate you from the ones you love, find a way to reach out to them and if that's not possible, think fondly of them and look forward to seeing them again.  Hug your kids, pets or whatever you can and be thankful for each day we have on this earth.  Be thankful for the freedom we have from nicotine addiction.

For those of you who don't see many bright spots right now or feel alone, you have friends here.  We're open 24/7 and I'm always popping in and out of this place.  If you need an ear to listen, I have a phone and don't mind giving out the number to help.  Whatever you do, if you're feeling depressed, please reach out to somebody even if it's that dude in Maryland who quit smoking.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
