Thank you all so much, for the congrats now and the encouragement all along the way.

Yes, it is gardening weather, but I am at work due to staff being sick :(

Oh well, I got a good report from the periodontist this morning on my gum surgery, so I guess that is my present for the day - I'll take it!!

My kindred twin sister, I couldn't be happier at this 2 month free of nicotine milestone but also want to honour the fabulous journey you had already taken cigarette free.  I know you don't feel like it (which makes it more true actually) but it's an inspiration watching your quit grow and evolve.

You got this sister!!

Loves and congrats. x

Thank you all again. I hope what Marti says is true, because she is right, I don't feel very strong at all.

Still want to punch Sarge sometimes, and my H who was also a Sarge at one time

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
