Glad it is done. Impossible I know, but you both need to put it from your minds. Worrying won't make the results come quicker.

Still thinking of you both...

If you need a laugh, picture a fat middle aged man being led around a gym by some lithe youngster, being told in a loud voice "this is a cross trainer, maybe you should leave this for a month or two...."

Oh, gosh, Doreen! The uncertainty is so hard to bear, isn't it? If you don't hear back from your doctor today, call his/her office and find out what's going on. I suspect that "no news is good news" but the patient really deserves a direct report, right? I'll keep praying for you both.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
