I'd have been back smoking like all my hundreds of other relapses if it wasn't for this place without a shadow of a doubt, I would use any little excuse to start smoking again before this last quit but I educated myself on nicotine addiction and started holding myself accountable instead of making excuses and I did not want to let my hubby and kids down AGAIN and I really couldn't let my quit train family down after all the hours they invested in me helping me stay quit.

I wrecken you seriously need this place more than you realise, give it a go and see how you get on,

oh and no more puffs, that just defeats the purpose of quitting and I will murder you if you do, I'm watching you ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
