I've used sugar for 2 weeks in every mug of coffee and tea and since I drink one every hour that's a lot. But I'm going to quit tomorrow. No more sugar. In case of robbing the market of bounty's I have 20 herbal tea with a small amount of dextro.
I didn't BUY new sugar. Stevia is an option though.

Who's with / behind me!

I really need to cut my sugar intake but I'm hoping to do it naturally - on my last 5 month quit my tastes changed and I found everything too sweet so I started reducing sugar in coffee for example.  When I started smoking again my sugar intake went back to normal.  I'm hoping I'll be able to start reducing again soon - at the moment my taste buds are being stubborn and refusing to play ball.

I used to take two sugars in tea and coffee. I cut out half a spoon at a time and prolonged it far too much lol. Your way is ideal, you soon get used to it and it will taste nasty with any sugar after a while!! Good on you.

You can do it Evelyn!

I used to have 2 white sugars in tea and coffee.

Now I have either half a brown sugar, or no sugar in coffee instead.  I still have to have 1 white sugar in tea, unless it's fruit tea!
