2 months is brilliant Jess, see how far you've come smoke free!! :)

My additional note, be gentle with yourself and your expectations my lovely lady. The vigilant quit survives and is a journey. These things I have taken from here and want to share with you. Much love. x

yesterday Jess was a tough day for you, but I found the tough days were the more triumphant and you come out the other side alot stronger as now you know you can get through it - you held on Jess and thats what it takes be very proud today and I hope you treat yourself to something special as you really deserve it

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
