Thanks everybody!

This is day two of no patch so I'm a bit cranky and shaky but when I realized I had forgotten to put on a new patch, I decided I should just stop using them. I felt strong at that point and I know I'll feel strong again!

Nope!

You guys are great!

You did it, one week!  It may not always be easy at first, but there is nothing more important than kicking this addiction to the curb.

It may or may not take a little bit, everyone is different, but it's going to get so good for you!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
