You mean you actually got to TALK to somebody??!! You must be really persistent! I usually get stuck out on a limb of the phone tree.

I actually got to speak to someone from pretty much every country in the world and I got transferred so many times I ended up back at the first number I originally called and the funniest part was that when I called that number to begin with they claimed they couldn't help me and had to transfer me.

That's usually how I feel talking on the phone. Period. I have worked in call centres and flinch every time I hear the phone ring.

I just had to call the school I'm attending only to have them tell me my tuition fees of $6000 for two semesters doesn't include any kind of health insurance.

I usually just call Nancy, she takes care of all that stuff without a problem...she is a supervisor of the major call center most of this stuff goes through.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
