Yes, I believe that joining a quit smoking support community like this one gives you a fantastic advantage in your battle over nicotine! Remember it's not the quitting that's hard, it's the STAYING quit that can be tricky ;)

I am only 1 month into my quit, but this forum and the great people here have been amazing! Having this group has helped more than any of my other tricks.

Don't ever underestimate the power of a good support system! :) I never thought I would make it a year; I had no faith in myself. But here I am, over two years quit! I couldn't have done it without this place.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
