While MyFitnessPal doesn't reflect this, I am down 30 pounds (13.6 kgs) from the start of October! From everything that happened last year, I gained a lot of weight and was feeling pretty terrible about myself. I still have a really long road ahead of me, but 30 freakin' pounds!

Couldn't up but share my excitement. :D

Thanks Babs!

I hope so. My belly button is being weird. I'm getting a lot of irritation there, but I think it's just from exercising and sweating. My belly is changing, I guess!

BAT, you can keep the pounds. I don't want them back. :P

Thanks Ross! I can't wait to see pictures that actually show the progress. I have been noticing changes though, especially in my face, arms, and legs!

I definitely can't smiling today. :) I can't wait to brag to my doctor, lol.

Fantastic - so proud of you!

Thanks so much! :D

Be proud of having 30 pounds gone, its hard cause sometimes because it doesn't show you figure WTH, keep going & enjoy seeing a new you in the mirror.

For sure! 30 pounds is great and I'm so happy/proud of my progress.

Seems like I'm doing something right this time around because the pounds are actually coming off and staying off.

It will be slightly less noticeable to you and Steve, because the loss has been gradual, and you see yourself every day, but when you start bumping into people in the street and they don't recognise you - that must be GREAT! I knew you could do this - 30 pounds is over 2 stone in our money and it's amazing :)
