She said that she can't log on with her phone but can with her computer.  She's away from her computer and only has her phone.  I told her that I could change her password and email it to her but haven't heard back from her.

YUP a ex-smoker.

I was able to see you all post just couldn't log in.

In the clinic, storm in a glass of water; I freaked out for nothing. But I choose NOT to smoke everday.

The second day was hard when I saw this woman walking to the smokersroom everytime with one fag... one pack on the table I don't care but that one cigarette got my mind unsetttled.

I walked to the trainstation (YES I was allowed to go out) but I only stared using more gum by the stress so I switched to patches and GUESS what???

I DO NOT refresh them every hour, no more patch addiction. Just a clean one after my morning shower.

Quitting the gum resulting in seriuos bowel obstipation and you do not want to know what messures where taken before I was feeling relieved.

But back to that woman and the smokers room: I said NOPE I WILL NOT SMOKE.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
