Hi Jen,

Pleased to see you back. It's the thing isn't it, once you have any length of quit in the bag you know it can be done. It kinda niggles around your smokers brain until you bury it deep again or quit again..Think you picked the better choice!!  Looking forward to Decemeber for you Jen. xx

Very glad to have you back, and looking forward to seeing you rock your quit, too ;)

Now, get a ticker, get a profile pic, and start posting and reading like crazy - you can do this!

Welcome back, Jen.  Make this quit last because if you relapse again, you may never quit again or it could be years before you try again.

Why do you think you relapsed and what will make the difference this time?  Whatever the reason(s), we can help sort them out and help you remain a non-smoker for the rest of your life.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
