once I copped to admitting to my addiction...telling half truths or outright lies was no longer acceptable.

any one else take a deeper look into their selves and start being REAL ?  realer than real .  realer than before ?

What like really real :)

 

But yes! There was a whole selection of self beliefs and general perceptions that turned out to be more covering up. Once I believed I couldcope with anything emotional or mental (belief having come from quitting) it became apparent that I had been hiding behind being a smoker almost. It was quite liberating and hard work all at once :)
