I relapsed for little over a year, and now I am on my sixth day and sixth hour quit, for the sixth time!  This WILL be the quit that sticks.

666. An auspicious occasion to kick some nicodemon ash!

Welcome back.

I recently re-seated on the train, too.   I chose to walk away from 6 months of freedom to re-enslave and then again chose freedom.

Nice to met you.

Appreciate all the cheers of support.  It's getting easier.  I've done this all before, many times before....  But now I've really committed to N.O.P.E.

Let's make this the forever quit!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
