I'm sorry.

Can one cook without wine?

Wine makes the best chefs and critics, after all people will eat kebabs after drinking I rest my case your honour

With the possible exception of breakfast (possible I say) - I always cook with wine.

And where the recipe says "Add wine" I always assume it means add wine to the chef.

Alcohol and food go hand in hand so why wouldn't you cook with it - if not wine, I use beer and if not beer I use Bourbon and if it is a dessert

why wouldn't you use Grand Marnier?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
