Were you in Savannah driving like a moron, lol?

Did he honk at you for stopping at a yellow light?  Using ah blinkah to signal a turn is a sign of weakness around here.

He didn't understand the concept of either speed up or get into a different lane when someone is merging from an on ramp.

Turn signals are one of my pet peeves in and around Atlanta. It seems as though the natives are taught from a young age to:

1. approach your turn location

2. slow down

3. slow down more and more and more

4. come ALMOST to a complete stop

5. turn

6. signal so that the car behind you knows that you made the turn.

It is absolutely common around here and as a born and bred Yankee, it drives me CRAZY!!!

I don't get the sign... Unless you are saying that people from mass are not very friendly?!

People around here are not very likely to use our directional;s..

We don't use our blinkers b/c we don't want to show our hand.

-If we signal a lane switch, someone might speed up to prevent the move.  .

-If we signal a right turn, someone coming the other direction taking a left will dart in front of us

-If we signal a left turn, cars coming straight in the other direction will speed up so they can't fit in the gap.

-If  we signal waiting for a parking spot to be vacated, somebody will no doubt steal it from the other side.

Well, that's not very nice, is it?! LOL
