Hey Jess, hopefully your MD can point you in the right direction...

Perhaps have a chat to him about coming off the Meds entirely. 29 days indicates that you have beaten the physical side.

You are doing really well. You have done this.

Keep on rolling, and keep shouting out. That's what we are here for!

Hi Jess,

Sorry to be late in responding. I am having a rough time, too! I am just about at week 3 CT. I did 10 weeks of NRT and that was a piece of cake, since I was still getting the nicotine albeit in different form.

Hang tough, so I can say to myself, "Jess is doing it , so can I!"  Little pressure there, eh?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
