In reply to the thread, now we've established a newbie timeline, I'm ok, not great but ok.  Obsessed with smells as you all know, and it seems there are new and continued triggers every day.  I always find it harder around now than I do at the start so I've been expecting a struggle.  It's not like its all day every day but several times a day the thought comes into my head that its ciggie time.  And I keep feeling like I've forgotten to do something which niggles at me for a bit.  So yeah, not out of the woods by any stretch of the imagination but battling on!

You are doing great,Wendy...you won't fall down!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
