Good morning Rowly,

One day at a time. Soon you will see the good days by far outweigh the crappy ones.

Do something good for yourself today :)

I found that exercise and keeping busy work for me.

don't forget about H A L T , Rowly.

are you hungry, angry, lonesome, tired ? or ? what does your body/spirit really need ?

I find it is more often those things than a smoke I want

but, being so out of touch with my body confused the real signals.

I wrote about it  HERE

if you think it might help

Hope today is another Great Day of Freedom for YOU.

Love,

S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
