For the last five days I have been on the herbalife diet and have done insanity, and anyone that has done this exercise will know it is intense but I have to say I feel so alive and so much less stressed it fab :-)

You're doing Insanity?! That is awesome! I did one workout from that and couldn't move for days. The benefits from quitting are limitless!

I feel fine I have also been swimming and I go pole train once a week just call me hard core haha only down side I'm not losing weight I'm gaining muscle but as long as I drop a dress size before I go to oz I will be happy. Hope you guys are all good much love to u all x

Sounds like you are doing great - I haven't tried Insanity but I can say my non smoking lungs - love being pushed really hard in any form of worthy a and cardio a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34
